There is the out of control Ural bearing down on them and the helicopters. The pilots have a chance to dust-off before they get hit, but it's going to be close.

Then we stick around, but head for cover. If the explosion takes care of the Spetzies, we'll get Ilyanna. If the Spetzies keep the heat on, we'll fade.

Ilyanna backpedals away from the direction of the impending explosion, firing downrange at the nearest member of the group (which I believe would be Brian as he's the only one who got out on the same side).

Looks like somebody cast Summon Lesser Chopper. I agree with the Admiral, we should hijack it. Oh, and if we can't toss the pad, we should atleast torch it.

Ten minutes, though? That should be enough for a cursory search; we can't assault them anyway until the chopper is actually here, because they need to land first.

Principle's on the roof in 5. If we can take them first, and then deal with the chopper, I think we stand a better chance.

Ayumi and Artis can do that and commandeer the chopper. Moten and Peter aren't much good in a fight, but we can sweep the penthouse quickly. Just radio in when you have the chopper, and we'll head upward at best speed.

I'd like to differ - Moten is near full health, if not outright unwounded, and the more guns we can bring, the better all our chances are. I don't see why Peter needs to come, he is heavily wounded, but sending only two people to deal with people who will be shooting at us when we could have three seems a tad unwise.

Ok. So, Artis and Ayumi are hitting roof. How and when, specifically?

Yeah, but Moten is much better at looking for clues. Let me rephrase that: Peter can't toss the apartment alone. If Moten goes up, then Peter's following and we go for direct extraction.

Right, we'll all go. My idea right now is, maybe try to intercept Unit 1 before they hit the roof - if we can do that (maybe with that door what looks like an emergency elevator in Sam's apartment)... and if this principle is someone with clout in their organization, then we've got a hostage who the chopper might land for. Either way, Peter should stay well back, do full defense, full cover, all that good stuff.
