Gonna go for a Disarm attempt. If I can grab the gun, it's going out of the window.

Can we get some sort of (preferably IC) post setting up exactly where we are picking up, what is going on, and how we got from Jess bleeding out on the dashboard to attempting a Disarm?

Ok. I solved the latter, but not the former.

Stand by.

I think my last IC edit catches up everyone involved with Team B.

Team A, you're inside Samantha's apartment. It appears to be a lobby of sorts. There is a spiral staircase leading up. On the opposite wall facing the archway is a neatly concealed set of doors with an elevator-button panel on one side.

Wheeeee!

Ah, suddenly it's three against one.

Are Jess and Ily pretty much sharing the driver's seat, each half-on, so to speak? Which way is the truck currently headed? And are the "Spetznaz" still shooting at the truck and those in/on it?

Scratch that. Looking at the truck, is it feasable for me to climb/crawl toward the cabin? From there, the plan is to get *to* the cabin, and load up the Indy-style two-fisted many-hyphened day-saving.

Let me clarify.

The truckbed/roof and the truckcab are two entirely separate entities.

Photo

The truckcab has a standard benchseat (think 1970's Ford pickup). Ilyanna and Jess have the fighting style akin to two siblings punching and smacking eachother in the backseat of mom & dad's stationwagon.

The truck is currently heading right for the soldiers and helicopters. This is currently the biggest hazard as 14-ton helicopters filled with jet fuel are bombs waiting to happen.

In regard to whether or not the Spetzies are shooting...hell yes, they are. The speed of the truck and the fact that its barreling right for them will throw off their aim somewhat.

Final thought.

WHO'S DRIVING IF YOU'RE BOTH FIGHTING??? :o
Gatac 2005-05-26 22:46:54
We need to jump free of the truck.

I don't like it, but the fight will take too long, and unless Jess can do something spectacular to Ilyanna (like toss her out of the door), there's no way we're gonna regain control.

No one's driving at moment, since Ily has taken her hands off the wheel to try to deal with the undead spy. However, she does still have her foot on the accelerator.

With her pistol gone, Ily's trying to grab away Jess's gun. If she gets ahold of it, she's gone out the door on her side.

Note: I have no idea of whether Ily has any Action Dice, but if so she's spending them freely. Also, I don't know the rules of this game for crap, so I'm leaving it to Ye Olde GM to handle the meta-game shit.

That's the spirit!

*sigh* As much as I hate it, considering I just got on, it may be time to abandoned the Russian Deathmobile.

I'd like to make my way up to hopefully surprise/flank Ily with a boot to the head or knife to the neck. though if I will bail when necessity dictates. Hopefully I'll be able to make like my first successful evasion roll ever. But anyways, battle plan:

*Stomp Illy
*Get her out of the car, even if it means shooting out a window/windshield and tossing her.
*Don't get killed in a fiery conflagration of helicopters.

Initiatives are listed below. For those who have already posted their general actions, I'll keep those in mind when crunching the numbers and such. Storyline post coming up.

Initiatives (high-low)

-Carla
-Jess
-Brian
-Ilyanna
-Spetzies
fanchergw 2005-05-27 16:59:55
So Ilyanna did *nothing* but serve as a punching bag?

Fuck anything else: defend and bail.

Oh...shit.

In all the excitment I forgot to post Ily's action. Very sorry. Expect an edit ASAP.
Dieter 2005-05-27 17:13:16
Fixed.

Again, sorry. I've got five seperate initiatives to contend with right now. :)

It occured to me at lunch that I haven't updated that.

Damage Totals

Jess: 59/84VP, 8WP
Brian: 41/64VP, Full WP
Carla: Unhurt
Ilyanna: 53/70VP, Full WP
Ural Truck: On its last leg. Think Blues Brother car at the end of the movie.
Dieter 2005-05-27 18:57:46
I believe it's the general consensus that all those involved in the situation at Petrovski's house are bailing out of the truck.
