Can we see brian, and does he have a chance at making the boat? Because I'm favoring motoring away and meeting up or springing him later unless he can get on the boat in short order.

Carla can see Brian, unfortunately he's about to suffer a 1-2 beatdown by two of Venice's finest.

His chances of making the boat are slim considering one of the cops is driving a cart who will (no doubt) try and run him down. Brian might have a chance if he (or someone else) started shooting at them.

These guys are just cops, not seasoned soldiers or mafia goons.
