Jack's lack of trustworthyness is tempered by his courage to fly into "less-than ideal" situations. His penchant for getting into trouble is balanced with well...lets just say he owes The Agency a BIG favor.

Anytime Jack has a notion to turn tail and run, he's reminded of the squad of the promise of wet works operatives that will visit him at a later date.
