Ayumi is currently at -2 WP and considered is mostly dead. She has 8 rounds before she's all dead. The worst part is that Goose failed his notice roll to see her get taken down by the sniper.

To stabilize a dying agent, somebody must either make a First Aid check on them (DC 15, trained only), or the agent must roll no more than their Constitution score on a d%.

Since nobody on the team has First Aid and Ayumi's chances to mend herself are quite bad, I'd reconsider killing the only guy who might have First Aid ranks.
