Artis pulls ahead, meandering out into a passing snowdrift now and again, putting some distance between him and the SUV. Bullets ricochet off the tailgate, but are otherwise off-target.
Back at the boathouse, things are quickly going in the shitter.
The skirmishers have closed in and enveloped the immediate boathouse grounds.
"Fuck this stand-off. I'm outta here." shouts Elena, using suppressive fire on the horde as she ducks outside. A stray round clips her in arm, but her egress is unwaivered.
"So much for loyalty." says Nightengale, putting a tight spread in a skirmisher's head as two soldiers burst through the boathouse entrance. The second man gets within a few paces of him and Jess when Ayumi and Carla rush in and take out the soldier with assorted small arms fire and razor-sharp blades.
"I may have to amend my last statement." retorts Nightengale with a grin, as Carla retracts her blade from the fallen skirmisher's back.
Outside, Brian is doing his best to keep motorcade under fire, unloading on the vehicles. The back two Land Rovers decide to cut their losses, throwing their vehicles in reverse and j-turning back out towards the main road. The remaining units are pinned down by Brian's hail of bullets.

*Cut Scene*
Elena grimaces at the bullet wound in her arm, diving for one of the fallen skirmisher's radios and hunkering down in snow.
"Foxforce 3 to Foxforce 1. Katarina is -not- in the boathouse. Repeat. Katarina is -not- in the boathouse. All units converge on the escaping SUV! Request immediate pickup! Over?"
Copy that Foxforce 3. Proceed to the river for pickup.
"Understood."
Elena gets up to a running crouch and beats feet for the frozen-over river.
Foxforce 1 to ground units. Fall back to the river. Repeat. Fall back to river. Aerial units. Unit 1, follow the fleeing SUV. Under -no- circumstances are you to fire directly vehicle! Unit 2, target the boathouse. Leave no one standing!
